That said, requirements can vary by state or territory, and it is always worth confirming that your documentation meets any jurisdiction-specific obligations. If you have specific compliance requirements, we can work with you to tailor the content of your books accordingly.

Completed safety books should be stored in a secure, accessible location on site during the project and then archived at the end. Most WHS legislation requires you to retain certain records for a set period, so it is worth checking your obligations with your safety advisor or the relevant regulator. Many HSE managers use a combination of physical storage and digital scanning to keep records safe and easy to retrieve. We can also supply site record storage solutions if you need a consistent system across multiple projects.
