What file types can I upload?
We accept PDF files to ensure print quality and compatibility. If you have files in other formats like InDesign, Illustrator, or Word, please export them as print ready PDFs before uploading.
What does "print ready" mean?
A print ready PDF includes correct bleed (typically 3mm), crop marks, and uses CMYK colour mode rather than RGB. All fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines, and images should be high resolution (300 dpi minimum).
What's the maximum file size I can upload?
Individual PDFs can be up to 100MB. If your file exceeds this limit, try reducing image resolution slightly (whilst maintaining 300 dpi) or splitting multi-page documents into separate files.
How can I check if my PDF is print ready before uploading?
Open your PDF and check that colours appear correct, all text is sharp and readable when zoomed in, and bleed extends beyond page edges. Our system will also perform an automatic preflight check after upload and alert you to any issues that need fixing.
