A wide range of sizes are available to suit everyday business correspondence and specialist mailing needs. Correspondence envelopes come in 11B, C6, DL, DLX, C5, and C4. Pocket envelopes are available in DL, DLX, C5, C4, C3, and 380x255mm. Coloured envelopes are also available in square formats ranging from 90mm to 160mm. For unusual dimensions, custom sizing can be arranged — contact us to discuss your requirements.

Envelopes are available in moist seal, press seal, and peel and seal options, though not every seal type is available across all sizes. Pocket envelopes are designed with a large flap for easy use and reliable protection of bulkier documents. Mailhouse envelopes use a moist seal specifically suited to high speed inserting machines. If you are unsure which seal type suits your application, our team can point you in the right direction.

Custom printing options include CMYK printing and PMS colour matching to keep your brand colours accurate and consistent. Specialty finishes are also available. You can print your logo, return address, and brand details on the front face, rear flap, or both. Artwork templates are available to download from the website to help you prepare your files correctly before placing an order.
