Hoist inspection tags support safe lifting operations with a pre-printed checklist covering all critical inspection points. UV printed both sides on layflat poly in 75 x 140mm size with punched hole. The front side includes yes and no columns for housekeeping and lighting, hook condition, limit switches, oil leakage, hoist chain, hook springs, wire rope, reeving, brakes, and emergency switches. The reverse provides a dated signing record with columns for date and inspector. Suits electric hoists, chain blocks, and overhead cranes across warehousing, construction, and manufacturing.

You can select your preference when requesting a quote. Where tags are supplied strung, the stringing is carried out by hand by Intelife, a community organisation that provides meaningful employment for people living with disabilities.
