How far in advance should we place orders for student diaries?

We recommend placing diary and planner orders at least eight to ten weeks before your required delivery date to allow time for design approval, print production, and binding. If you are working to a tighter timeline, contact us and we will let you know what is achievable.

Can you manage repeat annual orders for us?

Yes. Many of our school clients place standing orders each year for diaries, stationery, and apparel. We retain your artwork and specifications so that reordering is straightforward. We can also contact you ahead of your usual order window to make sure nothing gets missed before the new school year.
