Why Perth Schools
Choose Print.

The quality of your printed materials says something about your school before a word is read. A well produced student diary, a clearly designed notice board, or a thoughtfully printed prospectus tells parents, students, and visitors that your school pays attention to detail. First impressions carry weight, particularly during enrolment season or open days.

Branded uniforms, signage, and stationery that follow your school’s colours and style guidelines help build a sense of community and belonging. When everything from the front office to the sports oval reflects the same identity, it reinforces your school’s culture in a way that is visible and tangible every day.

Print works without a password, a device, or a Wi-Fi connection. For daily planners, timetables, permission forms, and communication sent home to families, printed materials remain the most reliable and accessible format for your entire school community.

Schools operate on fixed timelines. Student diaries need to arrive before term one. Signage for a new building needs to be ready for an open day. We understand how schools plan and we work to turnaround times that fit your schedule, not ours.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Yes. We work from your brand guidelines, school colours, and approved logo files to ensure consistency across everything we produce. If your school does not have a formal style guide, we can work with you to establish a consistent look across your printed materials.

Yes. We work with schools of all sizes, from small independent primary schools with modest print runs to large secondary colleges and universities with complex, multi-product requirements. Pricing is based on quantity and specification, and we are happy to advise on the most cost effective approach for your volume.

Yes. School magazines are a publication we enjoy producing because the content is genuinely varied and the result matters to the school community. We print magazines in A4 saddle stitched or perfect bound format depending on page count, with a full colour cover on heavier stock and interior pages in full colour or a combination of colour and black and white. Page counts typically range from 24 to 80 pages. We can design the magazine from your supplied content and images or print from a supplied PDF. For schools that produce a magazine annually, we recommend a production schedule that allows four to six weeks from final content submission to delivery.

Yes. Many of our school clients place standing orders each year for diaries, stationery, and apparel. We retain your artwork and specifications so that reordering is straightforward. We can also contact you ahead of your usual order window to make sure nothing gets missed before the new school year.
