AAA Print Group offers white and silver polyester (resistant to chemicals, moisture, and abrasion), vinyl (suited to outdoor surfaces and uneven substrates), and polypropylene for general purpose applications. All materials are available with permanent or removable adhesive depending on the surface and application. Lamination options, gloss, matte, or anti-graffiti overlaminate, extend the life of labels exposed to UV, cleaning agents, or heavy handling. If you are unsure which material suits your environment, describe your application when requesting a quote and we will recommend the most appropriate option.
Do printed safety labels need to comply with Australian standards?
Safety labels in Australia may need to comply with standards including AS 1319 (safety signs for the workplace) and GHS requirements for chemical hazard labelling under the Work Health and Safety Regulations. AAA Print Group prints accurately from your supplied artwork, but confirming that your label content, symbols, wording, and colours meet the relevant regulatory requirements is the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure what your labels must include, consult Safe Work Australia’s published guidelines or a qualified WHS adviser before submitting artwork. We can print to any specification, we just need your artwork to be correct before we begin.
Can I order safety labels with custom sizes & shapes?
Yes. AAA Print Group prints safety labels in custom sizes and shapes to suit your specific application. Whether you need a standard rectangle, square, circle, or a custom die cut shape to fit a particular surface or product, we can accommodate it. Supply your artwork at the correct dimensions with a 3 mm bleed, or let us know your required finished size and we will set up the template for you. There is no restriction on label dimensions, though minimum order quantities apply per design. If you need labels cut to an unusual shape, include a cutting guide or outline in your artwork file, or contact us to discuss before submitting.
Do you offer safety label reprints or ongoing supply for the same design?
Yes. AAA Print Group can store your approved artwork on file and reprint the same design whenever you need it. This is particularly useful for businesses with ongoing compliance requirements, multiple sites, or regular equipment labelling needs. Once your artwork has been approved and your first order completed, reorders are straightforward, simply contact us with your quantity and we will reprint from the saved file. Pricing for repeat orders remains consistent, and bulk pricing applies if your quantities increase over time. If your label content needs to be updated between runs, for example, due to a regulatory change, we will revise the artwork and send a new proof for approval before printing.
