Why Signage Matters.
Builds a Strong First Impression
Before a customer walks through your door or picks up the phone, your signage has already done the talking. A well produced, professionally printed sign tells people your business is established, reliable, and worth their time, without saying a word.
Strengthens Brand Visibility
The best marketing works even when you are not. From shopfront signs to A-frames on the footpath, signage puts your brand in front of the right people every single day. Consistent, well placed signage builds familiarity.
Supports Safety & Compliance
On worksites and in public spaces, signage does far more than promote a business, it protects people. Clear safety signs communicate hazards, direct safe behaviour, and help businesses meet their legal compliance obligations. Getting this right is not optional, and the right print partner makes it straightforward.
Drives Customer Action
The right sign in the right place at the right moment is one of the most effective sales tools available. Whether it is drawing foot traffic through a door, highlighting a promotion, or pointing customers toward a product, good signage turns passive attention into deliberate action.

Frequently Asked Questions.
What is corflute & why is it commonly used for signage?
Corflute is a lightweight, twin-wall fluted polypropylene sheet material, similar in structure to cardboard but made from plastic. It is widely used for signage because it is rigid enough to hold its shape outdoors, resistant to moisture and UV exposure, and considerably more affordable than aluminium or foam board alternatives. For short to medium term applications such as real estate signs, construction site signage, event displays, and temporary directional signs, corflute offers a practical balance of durability and cost. It is also easy to cut, drill, and cable-tie to fencing or frames, which makes installation straightforward on most sites.
How long do corflute signs last outdoors in Australian conditions?
Corflute signs printed with UV-resistant inks typically hold up well for six to twelve months of outdoor use under normal Australian conditions, including sun and rain exposure. In particularly harsh environments, such as sites with prolonged direct sun in a western-facing position or coastal locations with salt air, the print may begin to fade sooner. For longer term outdoor signage needs, materials such as aluminium composite panel or PVC foam board are worth considering instead. If you need corflute signs to last a full season for a real estate campaign or construction project, UV printing on quality corflute stock is the right approach.
What sizes are available for custom printed corflute signs?
Corflute signs are available in a range of standard sizes from A5 through to A0, as well as custom dimensions to suit specific applications. Common sizes for real estate and construction signage in Australia include 600 x 900mm, 900 x 600mm, and 1200 x 900mm, though these can be adjusted to fit your site or frame requirements. AAA Print Group also produces corflute inserts, roster signs, ground spike signs, and bollard covers, each with their own standard sizing. If you have a non-standard requirement, custom dimensions can be quoted on request.
Can corflute signs be printed on both sides?
Yes, corflute signs can be printed single-sided or double-sided depending on how and where they will be displayed. Double-sided printing is common for real estate signs, roster signs, and ground spike signs where the sign will be viewed from both directions. When ordering double-sided signs, it is important to note that the artwork for each side needs to be supplied as separate files, and the orientation of each side needs to be confirmed to ensure the print is correctly aligned when the sign is viewed from either face. Let the team know at the time of quoting if you need double-sided printing.
