Yes, we stock pre printed hard hats ready for immediate dispatch. Available options include Chief Fire Warden, Deputy Fire Warden, Fire Warden, Area Warden, Floor Warden, First Aid Officer, Comms Officer, and Visitor. These pre printed options ship within 3 to 5 business days, much faster than custom printed orders. They’re perfect for businesses that need to meet compliance requirements quickly or want standard emergency role identification without the wait or minimum orders of custom printing.
How long does custom printing take?
Custom printed hard hats typically take 2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval to dispatch. This timeframe includes printing setup, production, and quality checking. Our pre printed emergency role hard hats ship much faster at 3 to 5 business days since they’re ready to go. Rush orders may be available for urgent requirements, contact us to discuss your timeline and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. We recommend ordering well in advance of when you need the hard hats on site.

We use professional 4 colour pad printing with Pantone matched colours for precise brand matching.
