Printed Here.
At AAA Print Group, all of our safety tags are printed and manufactured right here in house. This allows us to maintain quality control and meet short turnaround times without compromising compliance or durability. Made with Care.
We are proud to work with Intelife, a community driven organisation that provides meaningful employment for people living with disabilities. As part of this partnership, every tag is strung by hand during the final stage of production, ensuring accuracy and care in every batch we deliver.
Frequently Asked Questions.
What materials are your safety tags made from?
The material varies depending on the tag category. Tearproof tags use a durable polypropylene stock that resists tearing, moisture, and general site wear. Tamperproof tags are constructed so that any attempt to remove or interfere with the tag leaves a visible mark or causes the tag to degrade, providing a clear audit trail. Heavy duty tags are built for the most demanding environments, including exposure to chemicals, oils, UV, and extreme temperatures. Card tags use a robust card stock suited to lighter duty or indoor use. All tags are printed in house at the AAA Print Group factory in Canning Vale, Perth, and strung by hand in partnership with Intelife, a community organisation providing employment for people living with disabilities.
Can I customise safety tags with our company logo & specific messaging?
Yes. Custom safety tags can be produced with your company logo, contact details, specific hazard messaging, and site relevant information. This is particularly useful for businesses with unique equipment types, specific isolation procedures, or branding requirements across a large workforce. Custom tags follow the same material and construction standards as the standard range. Contact the AAA Print Group team with your requirements and they can advise on layout, quantities, and turnaround.
Do your safety tags come strung or unstrung & can I choose?
Both options are available. Tags can be supplied strung with a standard tie or unstrung if you prefer to attach them using your own cable ties, wire, or fixings. You can select your preference when requesting a quote. Where tags are supplied strung, the stringing is carried out by hand by Intelife, a community organisation that provides meaningful employment for people living with disabilities. It is a partnership we are proud of, and one that ensures every strung tag leaves with care and attention.
Are your safety tags compliant with Australian workplace safety standards?
Yes. AAA Print Group safety tags are designed to support compliance with Australian WHS regulations and relevant industry standards. When used as part of a documented safety management system, they can also contribute to meeting ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Tags such as isolation and Do Not Operate tags are particularly relevant to lockout and tagout procedures, which are a requirement under WHS legislation for the control of hazardous energy. If you are unsure which tag type meets your specific regulatory obligations, your WHS officer or safety consultant can advise on the appropriate specification.
