Choosing the Right Size.
Getting the size right comes down to viewing distance. Our 225mm x 300mm signs work perfectly for close quarters like offices and small workshops where people will be within a couple of metres. The 300mm x 450mm size suits most warehouse and factory applications where workers spot signs from 3 to 5 metres away. The large 400mm x 600mm size at site entrances, outdoor areas, or anywhere visibility from 5 to 10 metres matters. When you’re unsure, slightly bigger is usually safer, as larger signs create more impact in busy environments.
ACM Signs.
ACM is our premium safety sign material, built to last in the toughest Australian conditions. The sandwich construction combines two thin aluminium sheets with a solid polyethylene core, creating a rigid, flat panel that won’t warp, bend, or deteriorate over time. The aluminium face makes for high quality printing, keeping colours vibrant and text crisp even after years of exposure to intense sun. We recommend ACM for any outdoor application where you need long term durability, particularly in exposed locations like site entrances, perimeter fencing, or areas with high UV exposure.
Corflute Signs.
Corflute offers fantastic value for temporary signage, indoor applications, or situations where you need to move signs around regularly. This lightweight corrugated plastic material is easy to handle, simple to install, and surprisingly tough for its weight. We print on Corflute using UV resistant inks that keep your safety messages clear and readable, making it perfect for short to medium term outdoor use or permanent indoor installations. The fluted plastic construction gives it decent rigidity whilst staying light enough that one person can easily carry and mount larger signs.
